Develop CRM and marketing automation A company in the sports nutrition supplementation segment seeks a professional to lead the digital channel, focusing on sales growth, performance, and process structuring in e\-commerce. **Responsibilities:** . Manage end-to-end e\-commerce operations, ensuring performance and sales growth; . Administer e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and system integrations; . Monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, average order value, CAC, ROI, cart abandonment rate, repeat purchase rate, etc.); . Plan and execute promotional campaigns and commercial calendars; . Collaborate with digital marketing teams on acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies; . Manage paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track results; . Coordinate product listings, pricing, inventory, and user experience on the website; . Develop CRM and marketing automation strategies; . Oversee logistics, delivery timelines, and post\-purchase customer experience; . Identify continuous improvements in online channel processes; . Prepare management reports and present results to senior leadership. **Requirements:** · Prior e\-commerce experience, preferably in a leadership role; . Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Tray, Nuvemshop, WooCommerce, VTEX, or similar; . Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, etc.); . Knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, and CRM; . Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and digital metrics; .
