Join us!** **--** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, average order value, revenue, ROI, CAC, among others); * Execute promotional campaigns on the website, ensuring competitive pricing and product assortment; * Create and maintain storefronts, microsites, and commercial campaigns (free shipping, coupons, bundles, kits, etc.); * Monitor competitors and pricing (e.g., Web Price); * Ensure integration, maintenance, and quality of products on the website (price, stock, descriptions, images, kits); * Perform catalog categorization and organization to ensure efficient navigation; * Ensure standardization of titles, descriptions, and content with a focus on conversion and SEO; * Develop, automate, and update performance reports; * Analyze the conversion funnel and user behavior; * Analyze the customer journey and propose continuous improvements; * Identify growth opportunities (assortment, pricing, channels, CRO); * Operate e-commerce and CRO platforms (Oracle, Insider, VTEX, Shopify, among others). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in e-commerce; * Experience in data analysis and digital metrics; * Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4; * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. **Discover the benefits of becoming a 'Good Person, Our Person' at:** https://sites.google.com/koerich.com.br/lojas\-koerich/benef%C3%ADcios * ***ALL POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES OR REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.*** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
