About the opportunity We are seeking a professional with experience in the healthcare sector and hands-on experience in accreditation, negotiations, and contract management to strategically engage with health operators, clinics, and partners. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, organizational ability, and commercial negotiation skills. Key responsibilities * Conduct accreditation processes with health operators; * Lead price adjustments and commercial negotiations; * Review and monitor contracts; * Implement and deliver training for new health operators; * Support service authorization processes; * Update and verify documentation for clinics and professionals; * Interface with third-party companies and partners; * Monitor KPIs, controls, and area reports. Requirements * Experience in the healthcare sector; * Hands-on experience in accreditation for clinics, hospitals, laboratories, or health operators; * Experience in commercial negotiations; * Advanced Excel skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools is considered a plus.
