Job Summary: Responsible for managing medium-complexity procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and managing contracts for the acquisition of raw materials and services. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct negotiations and market analyses for strategic procurement. 2. Actively develop, evaluate, and approve suppliers. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the procurement process. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for managing medium-complexity procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, market analysis, and contract management, ensuring optimal commercial terms for acquiring raw materials, inputs, and services required for production. Key activities include: obtaining quotations, performing comparative analyses, and negotiating materials and services. Managing recurring procurement processes and those with higher financial impact. Developing, evaluating, and approving suppliers through active prospecting. Preparing performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitoring active contracts and prevailing commercial terms. Participating in demand planning and alignment with internal departments. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the procurement process. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; Preferred: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; ERP system knowledge; Cost analysis and management reporting tools. 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
