The role involves providing in-person, virtual (via video), digital, and telephone support, as well as handling back-office tasks requiring further analysis and specialized treatment. Additionally, the professional receives, guides, and appropriately routes incoming requests, providing accurate information about products, services, and procedures. It is essential to systematically and promptly record all customer feedback—including requests, complaints, compliments, criticisms, and suggestions—in corporate systems. The analyst is also responsible for verifying documents related to customer service, ensuring compliance and internal process efficiency.
