Job Summary: The ABecker Group is seeking a professional to analyze procurement needs, manage contracts, monitor suppliers, and optimize costs in the real estate sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, fostering a high-quality work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze procurement needs for materials and services, prepare purchase budgets, plan purchases, and monitor acquisitions; * Prepare procurement reports and expense control reports to track and optimize departmental costs; * Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with agreed terms (price, quality, and specifications); * Manage supply contracts, monitoring their validity, renewals, and commercial terms; * Monitor the receipt, verification, and filing of fiscal documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.); * Maintain and update the supplier database, including commercial and contractual information; * Monitor supplier performance, evaluating quality and adherence to delivery schedules; * Control the payment flow for purchases and ensure alignment with forecasted budgets; * Collaborate with teams from other departments to ensure smooth process execution. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement processes and supplier negotiation; * Knowledge of procurement management and control tools (e.g., ERPs); * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills; * Knowledge of inventory control and budget management. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in the civil construction sector, especially in subdivision infrastructure. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Location:** Villa Dona Francisca Subdivision / Palmeira Road - Três Barras, Garuva - SC, 89248-000 For questions, contact us via WhatsApp: (47) 99262-7253 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Workplace: On-site
