Its focus is to facilitate user access to public and private transportation. **Responsibilities:** Drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate lease agreements, ensuring legal security. Document organization and adherence to departmental deadlines and routines. Contract formalization, control of addenda, renewals, and support to commercial and finance departments. Drafting and reviewing residential and commercial lease agreements. Managing addenda, renewals, and contract terminations. Reviewing documentation of landlords, tenants, and guarantors. Monitoring contractual deadlines and rent adjustments. Entering and updating information in the real estate management system. Supporting the analysis of lease guarantees. Physical and digital document organization and archiving. Internal support for brokers and for finance and commercial departments. Assisting with general administrative tasks within the department. Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or Administration Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
