Key Responsibilities **ERP Management** * Perform data entry, updates, and maintenance within the integrated management system * Ensure data integrity and consistency across modules (finance, inventory, sales) * Generate managerial reports and support data extraction for decision-making **Tax and Billing** * Record, verify, and issue incoming and outgoing invoices * Monitor basic tax obligations and maintain organized documentation * Support accounts payable and receivable control **Procurement** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders with suppliers * Track delivery deadlines and manage the flow of materials and parts * Keep supplier records and purchase history up to date **Commercial Support** * Provide administrative support to field sales representatives, including preparation of proposals, contracts, and related documentation * Assist in tracking negotiations and updating information in the CRM * Facilitate communication between external teams and internal departments Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Salary: R$1,800.00 – R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
