Supporting continuous improvement and standardization projects We are looking for an **Administrative Production Analyst** to strategically plan and control indirect materials, ensuring necessary support to production areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Analytical, organized profile with strong planning capability; * Experience in inventory control and interface with production areas is a plus. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, control, and monitor production indirect materials inventory, such as: * Primary and secondary packaging; * Labels, films, containers, caps; * Tags and other operational supplies; * Ensure daily material availability for production areas: * Dried fruit * Nuts * Cookies * FLV * Pizza * Processed products * Cod * Peeled garlic * Selected potatoes * Collaborate closely with PCP (Production Control Planning), aligning on: * Production scheduling; * Actual vs. planned consumption; * Rapid adjustments in response to demand fluctuations; * Develop and qualify new suppliers, seeking better commercial terms and input quality; * Support continuous improvement projects, material standardization, and process simplification; * Monitor departmental KPIs; * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and labeling requirements, where applicable.
