Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospect new customers * Present and sell subscription-based solar energy solutions * Identify customer needs and develop value propositions * Use sales scripts and consultative selling techniques * Record information and interactions in the CRM * Follow up on leads until deal closure * Achieve performance targets and KPIs * Ensure service quality and adherence to processes ? Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Number of calls per day * Conversion rate * Contracts closed * Revenue generated * Average handling time (AHT) * Effective contact rate * Script quality and adherence * Schedule and working hours: * Rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off) from Monday to Saturday * 10:00 AM to 4:20 PM ? Compensation: * Base salary: R$ 1\.900,00 * Variable pay up to R$ 800,00 ?
