Monthly accounting closing and financial statement analysis. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting classification, journal entries, and reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring proper application of accounting principles. * Analyze accounting discrepancies, identify inconsistencies, and propose adjustments in accordance with applicable standards and internal procedures. * Support the analysis of financial statements and management reports. * Provide accounting service and support to clients, clarifying doubts and guiding them on journal entries, reconciliations, and outstanding accounting matters. * Interact with internal departments and clients to align information and resolve inconsistencies. * Execute payroll reconciliation and accounting, as well as account reconciliation between accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Participate in monthly accounting closing, ensuring adherence to deadlines and data consistency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration * Prior experience with accounting routines, especially **journal entries, reconciliations, and participation in accounting closings**. * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills and results orientation. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in client service or in **accounting BPO**.
