Contain and extinguish small fire outbreaks under direct guidance, using dedicated equipment available in operational vehicles or the Water Tanker Truck. Inspect Works and Services conducted within the right-of-way, using an operational vehicle and the Works and Services Manual available in patrol vehicles, under direct supervision. Escort oversized loads under direct supervision by driving the operational vehicle and reviewing documentation related to such loads. Inspect the company’s right-of-way by patrolling a designated highway segment, identifying ongoing construction or general services, billboards or signage installed on-site, requesting presentation of the company-issued authorization for conducting such services and/or works, releasing them if no irregularities are found, or requesting removal or demolition from the responsible party, escalating to the Supervisor to obtain additional support for process completion. Conduct or assist in low-complexity operations, including assisting pedestrians in hazardous positions, handling fallen signage from ongoing highway construction, removing fallen highway signage located in hazardous zones, taking appropriate actions. Verify whether signage for highway construction, improvement, and maintenance complies with company standards, guided by pre-provided sketches, escalating to the supervisor to halt work presenting irregularities or operational risks until the situation is resolved or new instructions are received from the Operations Control Center. Identify potential deficiencies in signage (regulatory, informational, or warning signs) or on the roadway (potholes, damaged barriers, cleanliness, washing), photographing the location and forwarding suggestions or information to the Operations Control Center, which then engages responsible departments for analysis and action. Propose improvements regarding signage, infrastructure, drainage, and roadway safety, submitting proposals for review and approval by the Supervisor. Respond to collisions or minor-impact accidents, collecting information from users/victims, witnesses, and highway police indicating probable causes and conditions of the accident (e.g., potholes, missing signage, speeding, water or oil on the roadway, driver under the influence), recording personal data of drivers and passengers, and vehicle details involved (license plate, type, tire condition, damages, etc.), documenting damage to company property (metallic guardrails, concrete barriers, signage), and photographing the entire affected area, vehicles, and victims. Provide the Operations Control Center with information gathered during responses to minor collisions to incorporate into the Traffic Accident Response Report, ensuring that the official police report also includes identical information. Verify whether the length, height, width, and license plate display of extraordinary loads traveling on the highway comply with the Special Traffic Authorization (AET) issued by competent authorities; release the load if no irregularities are observed, otherwise retain it until receiving further instructions from the Operations Control Center or obtaining a new Special Traffic Authorization (AET), acting under direct supervision. 2512180202551516677
