We are hiring a **Senior RPO Recruiter** to support a client based in *Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil. T*his is a **hybrid** role, requiring regular onsite collaboration while also allowing flexibility for remote work. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a structured, process\-driven environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders, and is confident managing multiple requisitions in a fast\-paced, global RPO model. **What You’ll Do** * Own full\-cycle recruiting for up to \~10–12 requisitions at a time across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and hiring priorities * Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates across LATAM markets * Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes end\-to\-end * Ensure adherence to RPO workflows, compliance requirements, and documentation standards * Provide clear, data\-driven updates to hiring leaders and talent stakeholders * Act as a trusted recruiting partner while delivering a high\-touch, white\-glove candidate experience **What You’ll Need** * 5\+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within RPO, staffing agency, or global TA environments * Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles * Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (required) * Experience supporting LATAM hiring; Brazil market knowledge strongly preferred * Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and SLAs * Highly detail\-oriented, process\-driven, and comfortable working within structured systems * Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills **Work Environment \& Engagement Model** * Location: Hybrid — based in Brazil (onsite presence required) * Engagement Model: RPO partnership supporting a global manufacturing organization * Collaboration: Regular onsite engagement with flexibility for remote work **Kelly is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
