You will be responsible for coordinating and structuring financial information across countries, advancing a more data-driven function. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support and coordinate cost planning processes for the LATAM region. * Develop managerial and executive presentations (decks) for various stakeholders. * Consolidate financial and operational data from different countries and regions. * Conduct detailed country- and region-level cost analyses to identify trends and opportunities. * Create and maintain standardized, consolidated databases across countries in the region. * Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure information consistency. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and reporting standardization. **Key Challenges:** ------------------------ * Engage directly with senior leadership—including directors—by facilitating alignment sessions, delivering clear and concise information, and confidently supporting positions with evidence. * Communicate assertively while maintaining clarity and solution-focused messaging. * Manage leadership expectations, responding swiftly to shifts in direction, strategic questions, and decision-making in highly complex environments. * Build a data-driven function, promoting the strategic use of data. * Elevate the visibility and quality of financial analysis across the region. * Automate reports and processes to reduce rework and improve efficiency. **Qualifications/Personal Attributes** ------------------------------------ * Prior experience in data analysis and financial planning (FP&A). * Solid experience in Finance. * Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling). * Advanced English (spoken and written) for interaction with regional teams. * Knowledge of data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, Anaplan or similar) is considered a plus. * Analytical ability, organization, and proactivity to lead improvement initiatives. **What We Offer** -------------------- With inclusion at the heart of everything we do—and working closely with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)—we support our employees at every stage of their professional journey, helping them succeed in their own unique way.
