International experience (Europe/Latin America) is preferred. * Languages: Fluent Spanish (mandatory) + Advanced English (for international interactions); Fluent Portuguese is highly preferred Tools: Advanced Excel; experience with Personio and familiarity with ADP Celergo are pluses Work Schedule: Hybrid work model and hours, with preference for 3 days/week in the office; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — 8 hours/day (administrative hours), with some flexibility within legal limits.
