The Group's key figures are approximately: Revenue of EUR 3.8 billion, over 800 laboratories in 47 countries, and around 45,000 employees. **Job Description** **Assist the Commercial team by preparing quotations and delivering timely information to customers, monitoring progress, and pursuing customer satisfaction.** * Identify cost-effective testing solutions for both customers and Eurofins, selecting the optimal method and laboratory within the Group to meet customer expectations; * Ensure synergies are developed with other Eurofins laboratories in Brazil and abroad; * Participate in ongoing projects; * Enhance technical knowledge and acquire industry-specific insights related to your assigned sectors, aiming to deliver optimal customer support and clarify inquiries; * Prepare and tailor proposals according to customer needs/requests; * Send proposals, confirm receipt, and support their follow-up; * Attend to customers to identify their requirements and needs; * Maintain up-to-date customer registration information in the integrated system; * Support new customer prospecting through market research; * Assist the Finance Department with billing and collections; * Serve customers via telephone, web, or other channels, identifying their needs and routing them to the appropriate departments for resolution; * Monitor solution progress and provide customers with timely feedback aligned with agreed deadlines and the company’s quality standards, adhering to internal policies and regulations; * Record service interactions and resolution status in the CRM system; * Conduct post-sales activities, including customer satisfaction surveys; * Contact customers after service delivery to assess satisfaction with the service provided as well as with the resolution of the reported issue; * Perform other related duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Qualifications** **Behavioral Competencies:** Energy, communication, customer focus, interpersonal skills, proactivity, commitment. **Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Agronomy, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields. **Additional Education:** A completed bachelor’s degree is a plus. **Languages and Proficiency Level:** Basic English. **Prior Experience (Type and Duration):** 1–3 years of experience. **Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
