The company is seeking a Welding Assistant in Diadema. RD Empregos is a platform dedicated to connecting employers and candidates. It offers recruitment and selection services, facilitating the hiring process. **Responsibilities:** Prepare materials for the production line. Organize and perform cleaning in service areas. Supply production lines. Sort materials for reuse. Oil parts. Count and pack items for inventory. Remove burrs using sanders, drills, and control devices, as required, to forward workpieces to subsequent processes. Assist in assembling parts—using fixtures and/or manual methods—to install screws, washers, clamps, springs, and other components, then send finished assemblies to other production departments to continue part manufacturing. Perform thread chasing using pneumatic equipment. Perform heavy manual tasks in the stamping area. Previous experience as a Welding Assistant, Structural Assembler, Welding Operator, or Maintenance Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
