Clean and safe working environment **Job Description:** Responsible for performing tire services, including mounting, demounting, repairing, inflating, and balancing tires for light and heavy vehicles. Also serves as a mechanical assistant, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure vehicle reliability and operational safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Repair tires (punctures, patches, replacements). * Conduct tire inspections and mapping. * Perform tire mounting, demounting, and rotation. * Inflate and balance wheels. * Inspect tire condition and related components. * Assist mechanics with basic tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake pad replacements, and other routine items. * Support identification of simple mechanical issues. * Organize tools and equipment, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education (preferred). * Prior experience in tire repair or basic mechanics is a plus. * Basic knowledge of automotive tools. * Familiarity with workplace safety principles. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Agility and organization * Commitment **Working Hours:** To be determined (e.g., Monday to Friday, business hours, possibly including Saturdays). **Salary and Benefits:** To be negotiated.
