Job Summary: A Sales Assistant responsible for customer service and prospecting in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration, supporting the commercial team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assisting with after-sales service and customer satisfaction Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Sales Assistant in São Paulo (Mooca). **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service to clients interested in air conditioning and refrigeration, in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. Conduct proactive outbound calls for prospecting and follow-up on air conditioning and refrigeration quotations. Monitor order status for air conditioning products and provide feedback to customers. Support sales representatives in preparing and sending quotations. Update the system with records of customer interactions. Conduct internal research to understand air conditioning and refrigeration products and their applications. Attend technical and commercial training sessions organized by the company. Assist with after-sales service and customer satisfaction follow-up. Collaborate closely with store and warehouse teams. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Commercial Assistant, Sales Representative, or Sales Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
