We are seeking a professional with experience in the transportation sector and daily interaction with drivers, as this role will be responsible for daily operational monitoring and driver support. **Main responsibilities:** · Guide and advise drivers on operational routines; · Monitor and perform SM shift opening; · Verify whether macros are correctly recorded according to the GR; · Monitor and track mandatory breaks, ensuring proper compliance with the 60-minute lunch/dinner and rest periods required for drivers; · Verify drivers' trip routes; · Conduct monitoring jointly with the tracking system and in parallel with A52 (check-in); · Other department-related routines, which will be detailed during the interview. **Desired profile:** · Prior experience in transportation/logistics; · Ability to interact with and manage drivers effectively (daily driver experience required); · Organized, attentive, and strong communication skills. **Note** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
