Collect payments and manage billing-related matters. Maintain the reception area orderly and clean. Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate staff. Schedule exams and refer patients to specialists when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Follow clinic guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
