Answer and direct telephone calls to attorneys and office staff. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for attorneys. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Receive and distribute mail and packages. Assist clients with required forms and documents. Maintain accurate records of visitors and clients entering and exiting the office. Provide basic administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist attorneys and office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
