PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Demand Forecasting: Conduct detailed analysis of historical sales data, considering seasonality and market trends to project future purchasing needs; * Interface with S\&OP (Sales and Operations Planning): Lead or actively participate in alignment meetings among Sales, Production/Logistics, and Finance teams, ensuring the supply plan aligns with the company’s strategy; * Define and monitor critical parameters such as safety stock, reorder point, and maximum stock levels to mitigate risks of stockouts or excess tied-up capital; * Monitor supplier response times and logistical impact on goods receipt, adjusting planning according to actual supply chain conditions; * Analyze supplier on-time delivery performance and quality of deliveries using the OTIF (On Time In Full) metric; * Purchasing Planning (Open to Buy \- OTB): Manage the available purchasing budget, ensuring expenditures align with the projected cash flow; * Track and report key performance indicators; * Supervise and guide analysts and assistants, being responsible for the team’s technical development and the quality of departmental deliverables. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in procurement planning, supply chain management, or S\&OP, with prior team leadership experience; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and planning tools; * Intermediate English proficiency. ***Desired Skills:*** * Analytical ability; * Systemic thinking; * Communication and negotiation skills. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
