**Network Assistant** Salary **R$1735,00** (paid on the 5th business day via Itaú Bank) Meal Voucher **R$300,00** (pro-rated, issued every 15th) Transportation Voucher \- 6% Monday to Friday \- 8 AM to 6 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break at the work site. (Lunch break may be shortened only with manager's authorization). Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM Banked Hours System \- time-off requests must be submitted 10 days in advance and cannot fall immediately before or after a holiday. Vehicle \- Traffic violations are automatically attributed to the driver; deductions appear on the payslip; reimbursements, if claimed, also appear on the payslip. \- A checklist is performed upon vehicle delivery, and monthly inspections are conducted; upon returning the vehicle, a return checklist will be completed. \- The driver is responsible for the vehicle's safekeeping and maintenance. Tools, equipment, and materials \- safekeeping and maintenance are the responsibility of the user. A Network Assistant performs external duties under direct sunlight, assisting network technicians in network construction activities, including utility pole installation, optical fiber cable laying, pole equipment mounting, as well as supporting the installation team in activating internet plan customers and assisting fusion technicians in network activation and maintenance tasks. The purpose of this position is to develop the professional’s expertise across all areas, enabling growth alongside the company. Prerequisites: Valid Class B driver’s license (for cars) and willingness to work hard and learn.
