**MECHANICAL LATHE OPERATOR I** **São Carlos\-SP** **Responsibilities:** Configure and operate mechanical lathes for metal machining; Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy; Perform adjustments and monitor machines during the machining process; Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of machined parts to identify and correct potential defects; if necessary, forward parts to rework; Perform basic maintenance on machines and tools; Report any technical issues to the maintenance team; Comply with safety regulations and company guidelines for accident prevention; Work collaboratively in a team, coordinating with other departments to ensure mutual understanding of job specifications and requirements. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Technical training in Machining, Mechanical Lathe Operation, or a related field; Proven experience in this role; Knowledge of mechanical principles; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. **Employment Type:** CLT/Permanent Salary: To be negotiated Flexible working hours Benefits: Meal allowance (VA); Health insurance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Lunch and coffee provided at the company.
