Come with Loggi! **Requirements** * Be between 14 and 17 years old (for persons with disabilities, there is no upper age limit); * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Have never worked as an “Apprentice” at another company; * Be available for in-person classes twice per week at our partner institution in Serra \- Espírito Santo; * Be available for **in-person** work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at our XD location. **In Serra \- Espírito Santo, we are located at the following address:** *Avenida Oitocentos, 0, Quadra 20 Módulo 4 e 5, TIMS, Serra \- Espírito Santo* **Benefits** * Salary of R$900; * Meal allowance of R$200 per month; * Transportation allowance, with up to 6% deducted from salary; routing managed by a specialized company according to the address provided by the Logger; * Health insurance: Monthly premium fully covered by Loggi, with no co-payment for simple exams and consultations, including coverage for children up to age 21 (or up to age 24 if enrolled in university); * Life insurance: For your security and that of your family; * Childcare allowance: Up to R$ 547.51 for children up to 5 years old \- reimbursed via payroll; * Galena: Exclusive educational discounts and scholarships across numerous courses offered by educational institutions nationwide (benefit extended to Loggers’ children and spouses): * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms, sports, and classes; * Clude: Telemedicine services for physical and mental health care; * Loggi 4Free: Send your own packages with us, capped at R$200/month). **All Loggi positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PcD).** Reflecting our commitment to expanding representation, we reaffirm that all positions are also open to PcD professionals.
