Opportunity to structure processes in a growing operation **Logistics Coordinator – Itapecerica da Serra/SP** We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with an analytical profile, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in operational management to join an industrial company with its own logistics operations undergoing departmental restructuring. The role will play a strategic part in reconstructing logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and increased operational capacity. **Job Details:** * Work model: On-site * Location: Itapecerica da Serra/SP * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage freight and transportation operations, including negotiation with carriers and management of owned fleet; * Plan loading and route optimization to maximize vehicle utilization and reduce logistics costs; * Coordinate warehousing and inventory control, ensuring product integrity and operational efficiency; * Facilitate integration between Production and Sales through the S&OP process; * Lead operational and administrative logistics teams; * Monitor logistics performance indicators, such as: freight cost/revenue ratio; load utilization; inventory accuracy; on-time delivery rate. **We seek a professional with:** * Analytical and data-driven mindset; * Experience in team leadership and management; * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Resilience and emotional control in challenging environments; * Experience in mid-scale logistics operations; * Experience managing an owned fleet; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and process improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial operations; * Experience in logistics restructuring projects; * Familiarity with the RP Nomus system.
