Job Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to support and oversee import and export operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure compliance with all processes. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiate international freight rates and update control systems **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to support and oversee import and export operations, responsible for coordinating international shipments (maritime, air, and road), monitoring deadlines, verifying documentation, and ensuring process compliance with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments. Key responsibilities: Coordination and tracking of international shipments until arrival at the factory; Verification of import and export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB); Verification of tariff classification, Incoterms, payments, foreign exchange, and Import License (SISCOMEX); Quotation and negotiation of international freight rates; Updating control systems and spreadsheets; Monitoring payments with the finance department and supporting the tax department; Organizing and archiving processes and documents according to internal standards.
