Job Summary: HR professional responsible for Recruitment and Selection, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Climate, Internal Marketing (Endomarketing), Training and Development. Carry out Training and Development Mining company seeks a Human Resources Analyst in Bacabeira. **Responsibilities:** Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes. Support and monitor Performance Evaluation. Develop and monitor Organizational Climate Surveys. Organize and execute internal campaigns and Endomarketing initiatives. Deliver and monitor onboarding training for new employees. Support requirements related to NR-1. Carry out Training and Development. Provide support to HR routine activities in coordination with the Personnel Department (DP) and Occupational Safety and Health Department (SST). Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
