Providing support and guidance to employees A hospital in Fortaleza is seeking an HR Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Execute payroll-related activities, monitoring the pre-payroll process covering salaries, overtime, and deductions such as INSS and IRRF. Administer employee benefits, including transportation vouchers, allowances, and other company-provided benefits. Manage time tracking, absences, and tardiness, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with labor legislation. Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, organizing documentation, records, and procedures—including homologation when required. Monitor vacation acquisition and concession periods, scheduling and processing vacations appropriately. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding personnel department routines and assist HR with related requests. Ensure adherence to labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable regulations. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
