Client support via email and telephone HR Analyst\- 1313 An accounting firm in Curitiba is seeking an HR Analyst with an organized, analytical, and disciplined profile to perform the following duties: * Process onboarding, employment contracts, and addendums * Manage employee vacation tracking for client companies * Calculate termination settlements, manage notice periods, compute labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRPF), and use the DOMINIO SYSTEM * Submit and verify eSocial, DCTFWEB, and FGTS DIGITAL obligations * Track employee loans and payroll deductions * Provide client support via e\-mail and telephone as needed Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree * Prior experience in the field, especially in accounting firms * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Knowledge of Labor Legislation * Familiarity with the Domínio system is desirable Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break Minimum Education: Undergraduate Degree * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance after probation period * Transportation Voucher
