Providing client support on labor and social security-related inquiries 1037 \- **HR ADMINISTRATION ANALYST** BAURU/SP **Responsibilities:** Conduct employee onboarding, terminations, and eSocial registration routines; Calculate and process payroll, labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and benefits; Manage employee vacation, 13th salary, and timekeeping records; Fulfill ancillary obligations (RAIS, DIRF, SEFIP, eSocial); Monitor collective bargaining agreements and arbitration awards; Provide client support on labor and social security-related inquiries; Organize and maintain updated employee records and documents. **Requirements:** Experience in HR administration within an accounting firm; Technical knowledge of accounting department operations, payroll closing, and the CONTMATIC system; Ability to work with diverse business sectors; Familiarity with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements; Proactivity; Organization; Attention to detail; Commitment. **Offer:** Fixed salary, negotiable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
