**Fiscal Assistant – Tatuapé** ------------------------------- **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 **Work model:** In-person **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with lunch break at 12:00 PM\. ### **Main responsibilities:** * Support in fiscal department routines; * Calculation of indirect taxes, such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ISS; * Verification of incoming and outgoing invoices; * Recording and verification of fiscal documents; * Analysis of CFOP, CST, and NCM codes; * Support in filing and validating ancillary obligations, including SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI), EFD Contributions, DCTFWeb, and REINF; * Assistance in analyzing tax regimes: Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional; * Identification and monitoring of fiscal inconsistencies; * Support during tax audits and handling area-related requests; * Support in providing tax guidance and assistance to clients and internal departments; * Updating and monitoring applicable tax legislation for fiscal routines. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the fiscal area; * Knowledge of tax calculation and ancillary obligations; * Familiarity with SPED Fiscal and other fiscal routines; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of the Domínio system. ### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (SPTrans card); * Meal allowance of R$ 33.00 per day; * Health insurance with co-payment, 50% covered by the company; * Life insurance; * TotalPass with a discount of R$ 27.00; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
