Business operating in the cosmetics and fragrances sector seeks a Financial Manager in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate activities related to accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. Prepare, monitor, and evaluate budgets, financial forecasts, and performance statements. Ensure accuracy of financial information and adherence to established deadlines. Develop and track financial performance indicators. Provide management support through financial analysis and managerial reporting. Participate in structuring and continuously improving financial processes. Interface with accounting, tax, audit, and financial institutions. Coordinate and develop the finance team, promoting best practices and technical enhancement. Previous experience as Finance Director, Finance Coordinator, Finance Supervisor, or Senior Finance Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
