Assist with bank reconciliation Job Description Adonai operates in the production and distribution of basic food baskets and kits, serving corporate and retail clients. We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support the department's operational routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and timely deadline compliance. Responsibilities * Support **Accounts Payable** and **Accounts Receivable** routines (entries, tracking, and due dates). * **Issue and send bills/second copies**, track payments, and assist with payment clearance. * Conduct **operational collections** (standard follow-up via WhatsApp/email), requesting proof of payment when necessary. * Record and verify transactions (PIX, bills, transfers) in systems/spreadsheets. * Organize and archive **financial documents** (proof of payment, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts). * Assist with **bank reconciliation**. Requirements * Completed high school education (technical/vocational training or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Excel/Google Sheets**. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
