WORK HOURS: 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM (Monday to Friday)
A professional responsible for the company's financial, tax, and budgetary control, with a strong focus on margin, profit, and departmental budget analysis.
Must operate the Omie ERP system, issue fiscal invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure confidentiality of information.
**Main Responsibilities:**
· Prepare and analyze managerial income statements (DRE), margins by product/service, cost of goods sold (CMV), and profitability indicators;
· Present periodic reports to senior management on profit performance, forecasts, and financial risks;
· Propose and monitor actions to optimize margins, reduce CMV, and improve profitability;
· Develop, consolidate, and monitor annual departmental budgets and periodic revisions, defining spending limits and tracking indicators;
· Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and advise managers on necessary adjustments;
· Financially control inventory and integrate cost/inventory data into managerial analyses;
· Operate and configure the Omie ERP for financial, tax, and budgetary routines;
· Issue input and output fiscal invoices in accordance with current legislation;
· Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and control cash flow;
· Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding financial information and decisions.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
· Proven experience with the Omie ERP;
· Experience issuing fiscal invoices (input/output) and performing basic tax routines;
· Solid experience in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management;
· Experience developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting, and budgetary analysis;
· Knowledge of managerial income statements (DRE), margins, CMV, and profitability indicators;
· Experience in financial inventory control;
· Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
· Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools or managerial reporting systems is desirable.
**Desirable:**
· Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to the industry;
· Experience in companies of similar size/sector;
· Certifications or courses in corporate finance, controllership, or managerial accounting.
