Job Summary: Assist in activities related to the preparation and maintenance of agricultural trials, including planting, weeding, harvesting, transportation, and cleaning, as well as supporting the application of products and field evaluations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the product development area **Job Description:** ---------------------- Assist in trial preparation and planting activities. Maintain trials by performing weeding, mowing, plant counting, and row alignment. Label and harvest plots. Transport materials and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the product development area. Assemble structures and equipment required for experiments or specific tasks. Assist in fertilizer application. Maintain field tools and equipment. Prepare land for planting, input application, or data collection. Apply products (fertilizers, agrochemicals, etc.). Conduct phytosanitary management and harvesting, as well as coastal applications of agricultural pesticides. Assist in plant selection and sample collection.
