Our Data Warehousing Specialist (PJ) will join the Data Science and Data Engineering team, contributing individually to our mission. If you align with our values and goals, we encourage your application. **Job Details:** **Contract Type:** PJ (equivalent to an independent contractor in the U.S.) **Work Location:** Remote, for professionals authorized to work in Brazil and residing in the country **Contract Duration:** 3 months **Compensation:** R$21\.275 to R$25\.875 per month * Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. EarthOptics uses regional salary bands—please consult the recruiter for more details. **What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):** * Migrate existing dbt models to Kimball-style data marts, improving analytical usability and data consistency * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to structure datasets for analysis * Develop and maintain data models ready for analytics and internal reporting * Expand and maintain data quality checks and tests in dbt pipelines * Document data structures and transformations to improve transparency and usability * Work with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision **Are You the Right Person? (Requirements):** * 2\+ years of experience with data warehouses, analytical engineering, or data infrastructure * Strong experience with dbt, SQL, and dimensional modeling (Kimball methodology) * Advanced English (written and spoken) for professional communication * Ability to collaborate with technical and analytical teams * Experience with data quality, testing, and pipeline documentation * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail * Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity * Ability to transform ambiguous problems into data solutions with minimal guidance **Note:** We welcome all qualified candidates eligible to work in the United States.
