A Human Resources Consulting firm is seeking a Credit Compliance Analyst in São José. Focus TH is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation. We offer services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing corporate efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Auditing credit proposals, including reviewing 100% of approved credit proposals and verifying the authenticity of documents such as ID cards (RG), Brazilian individual taxpayer registry (CPF), and debt acknowledgments. Ensuring process compliance by confirming that signatures on contracts and documents match official identification documents. Verifying signatures and validating credit limits according to the authority level permitted per customer profile. Managing guarantees, ensuring they have been properly collected per the credit policy. Preparing discrepancy reports to identify inconsistencies in store-level processes and reporting them to financial and operational management. Preventing fraud by monitoring suspicious patterns and flagging potential irregularities. Following up with responsible departments to ensure process corrections and regularization. Previous experience as a Financial Compliance Specialist, Credit Risk Analyst, Compliance Consultant, or Credit Auditor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
