**Job Opening: Construction Supervisor (PJ)** Idealize Engenharia is seeking a Construction Manager to join its team and oversee medium- and large-scale projects. **Summary of responsibilities:** Manage the physical execution of construction and renovation projects under responsibility; Develop, monitor, and update physical\-financial schedules; Control budgets, measurements, costs, and contracts; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, site supervisors, and third parties); Ensure compliance with technical, occupational safety, and environmental regulations; Inspect and approve the use of materials, equipment, and contracted services; Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies; Conduct alignment meetings and report project progress to senior management; Assess risks and propose technical and operational solutions for field challenges; Ensure project delivery within scheduled timelines, budget, and expected quality standards. **Education:** Completed Technical Education in Building Construction or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Solid experience managing medium- and large-scale construction projects; Proven experience in cost control, physical\-financial planning, and technical team management. **Minimum requirements:** Ability to read and interpret execution drawings; Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, and ERP systems; Knowledge of civil construction technical standards and applicable legislation; Familiarity with occupational safety and sustainability principles (preferred). **Position competencies:** Leadership, autonomy, and decisiveness; Organization, planning, and strong results orientation; Clear communication, negotiation skills, and conflict management; Proactivity, systemic thinking, and sense of responsibility. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday. **Employment model:** Individual Entrepreneur (PJ). **Benefits:** Meal allowance \+ Transportation allowance. **Salary:** Market-competitive.
