Job Summary: The professional will assist teachers and students with technical support, resolving queries, monitoring service requests, and ensuring the proper operation of equipment and systems. Its teaching quality is widely recognized by the labor market, resulting in high graduate employability, making it one of the top Higher Education Institutions in Brazil (according to MEC indicators). **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist teachers and students via the support email address to resolve inquiries and grant access permissions. Monitor service requests using the GLPI system, assigning and resolving them within one's scope of competence. Assist teachers and students in computer labs, troubleshooting software, network, and projection issues to ensure smooth classroom activities. Assist with printing, copying, and scanning tasks, enabling users to print and send documents correctly via network-based systems or device control panels. Provide telephone support, clearly and courteously identifying oneself to resolve inquiries and guide users on procedures. Support the auditorium by operating audio, computer, and projection equipment, facilitating diverse events. Provide remote and on-site support via telephone and online support tools to resolve open service requests. Replace toners and other consumables upon request via GLPI, ensuring printers remain operational. Manage notebook inventory through daily inspections and counts, guaranteeing equipment availability for classes. Assist with student registration at the service desk, including facial recognition photo capture and enrollment in other systems, setting passwords and guiding users on access procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in Computer Engineering or Systems Analysis and Development; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows; Availability from Monday to Friday, **5:00 PM to 11:00 PM**; **Additional Information** Scholarship Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Gympass + Life Insurance and Auster Support UNIFACENS is a Smart Campus—an innovative, patented concept of an intelligent campus.
