Identify and acquire new customers, developing new business within the transportation segment. Lead negotiations for freight rates, adjustments, logistics contracts, and SLA definitions. Retain and foster loyalty among active customers, as well as recover inactive customers. Align commercial proposals with the transportation company’s operational capacity. Coordinate, train, and motivate the sales team, setting goals and tracking performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct technical and commercial visits to close contracts.
