**Company: Januário de Napoli \| IBEMAPAR Group** * Conduct supervision, inspection, and oversight of civil conservation, maintenance, and improvement services. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform technical field surveys, visual inspections, and record instrumentation data and structural conditions; * Support the definition of scope/technical specifications, quotation, and analysis of supplier proposals for civil service execution; * Supervise and oversee civil conservation, maintenance, and improvement services in the field; * Conduct material surveys and procurement required for civil service execution; * Support planning, measurement, and control of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs, technical specifications, applicable standards, and procedures; * Carry out the approval process for measurements of completed services and forward them for payment according to internal procedures; * Interface with O\&M and environmental departments, supporting technical alignment of requirements. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Technical Education \- Building Construction or related fields * Basic English \- Intermediate level desirable * Minimum 3 years’ experience in infrastructure, industrial, or building construction projects **COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity \| Self-management \| Communication \| Attention to detail \| Interpersonal relationship \| Emotional intelligence **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT **LOCATION:** Faxinal da Boa Vista \| Turvo \- Paraná **SALARY:** To be negotiated **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Meal voucher R$45.00/day \| Health insurance \| Life insurance \| Profit-sharing program (PLR) \| Hazard pay Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
