Carpentry, metalwork, and painting services **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to join our team and contribute to the preservation, operation, and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities: Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and civil building maintenance services across the entire factory plant. Monitor and supervise services carried out by third-party companies when required. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas of the building structure. Carry out carpentry, metalwork, minor masonry repairs, and painting services. Ensure all activities comply with current regulatory standards.
