Description

Requirements: * Technical course in the health field. * Experience with telehealth services will be considered a plus; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM\. Responsibilities: * Conduct telemonitoring of beneficiaries served by the Intelligence and Monitoring Center (CIM) to provide guidance and ensure high-quality care; * Schedule health appointments for beneficiaries according to their health profiles for follow-up at MedSênior’s health centers; * Identify warning signs of neglect and/or family insufficiency and report them to the reference nurse, psychologist, and social worker for appropriate follow-up; * Identify warning signs of health complications and refer cases to the reference nurse; * Schedule beneficiaries for participation in health workshops; send an e\-mail to the outpatient clinic to request scheduling for health workshops that follow this workflow; * Provide general guidance and clarifications about the Preventive Medicine Program to beneficiaries; * Manage beneficiary caseload jointly with the reference nurse to keep beneficiaries’ health commitments up to date; * Respond to beneficiaries who contact the CIM team via MedSênior’s WhatsApp and address administrative requests, while directing health-related requests to the nurse; Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Have you had experience with telehealth services? * Do you hold a technical degree in the health field?
