An accounting office is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection for operational positions such as cleaning and security; develop regional databases and carry out personnel replacement. Apply knowledge of Labor Legislation and CLT to ensure compliance, prevent lawsuits, and safeguard employee well-being. Operate HR systems (HRIS/ERP), people management software, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms. Use advanced Excel to organize, analyze data, and generate reports. Analyze HR data and metrics (People Analytics) to support strategic decisions. Apply R\&S techniques to attract, identify, and hire top talent. Manage benefits and compensation, including calculation, administration, and job classification policies. Implement Occupational Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate closely with the Accounting office.
