**Date Posted:** 2026\-05\-14**Country:** Brazil**Location:** LOC6030: Rua Elisha Otis, 841, São Paulo, SÃO BERNARDO DO CAMPO, 09852\-075 Brazil**Position:** Inventory Assistant **Work Schedule and Location:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM. **The importance of your role on our team:** Contribute to the accuracy of productive inventories by performing physical counts, cyclic inventories, and material organization, ensuring data reliability and supporting logistics operations. **Skills you will apply:** * Perform accurate physical counts of materials using data collectors or reports; * Ensure items are correctly identified and stored according to code and location; * Identify, segregate, and report damaged or discrepant materials; * Participate in basic recording and analysis of inventory discrepancies; * Support logistics processes such as verification, receipt, and movement of materials; * Perform material handling activities, including use of pallet jacks and, where applicable, forklifts; * Use systems (WMS/ERP/Excel) for operational queries and recordkeeping. **Who are we looking for?** * Candidate with completed high school education; * Experience in physical counting, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations; * Preferred: training or experience operating forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks; * Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsible profile; * Aptitude for operational and repetitive tasks, with focus on quality and accuracy. **Why join Otis?** You’ll become part of the world’s leading company moving people every day, alongside a respected team capable of developing, building, and succeeding across generations.
