Support in issuing and verifying reservations and contracts A travel agency is seeking an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service representative in Mauá. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel customer service for the travel agency, supporting customers throughout the entire sales and after-sales process. Assist with administrative routines, including organization and control of physical and digital documents. Support the issuance and verification of reservations, quotations, and tourism service contracts. Update customer, supplier, and partner records in internal systems. Support commercial and operational teams in tracking requests and trips.
