JOB OPENING: HR ANALYST (GENERALIST) – CLT Amana HR Consulting, in partnership with Elevo HR Consulting, is supporting the recruitment for the following opportunity: Location: Passo Manso – Blumenau/SC Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 5:18 PM) Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes; * Execute HR department routines; * Manage time cards and payroll closing; * Monitor updates to NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras) and labor legislation; * Lead onboarding of new employees; * Organize training sessions and support internal requests; * Support leadership in employee development; * Update job descriptions as required by the company. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in Human Resources and HR Department operations; * Knowledge of recruitment and selection; * Experience with time tracking and payroll closing; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and NRs; * Experience in employee onboarding.
