Request goods collection from carriers and manage returns and warranties. Enter invoices into insurance companies' systems. Monitor parts receipt at workshops. Conduct daily follow-up and control of communications with insurance companies via their portals. Update payment information in insurance companies' systems. Manage warranty claims and reversals with insurance companies. Assist the HR and finance departments with administrative tasks. Perform other related duties as required by the department. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
